Create

The host will be able to create an event with various criteria. MeetPoll implements Google API to search for locations.

Invite

Select invitees from your contact list. Invitees will be notified via notifications or, if they do not have MeetPoll, via SMS.

Vote

MeetPoll will automatically provide a list of places that meets the search criteria. Invitees will be able to vote on which place they would like to meet.

Meet

Every user involved in the event will be notified if the poll gets finalized. All set. Now have a good time!

Log-in Screen

Registering is required for first time users. The users will remain logged-in until they log-out.

Event Screen

After the user logs in, the user will see the Event Screen. "My Events" lists all of the events created by the user. "Event Invites" will display all events that the user was invited to.

Event Details Screen & Poll Results

When the user clicks the event details button on the right side of each event on the Event Screen, the user will be taken to the Event Details Screen. The user will be shown detailed event information, invitees, and the poll results. If there is a tie in the poll, MeetPoll will select the place that was selected the earliest.

Add Event Screen

When the user clicks the "+" button from the Event Screen, they will be able to add a new event by filling out the form.

Result Places Screen

After the user clicks the "Find Places" button, they will be taken to the Result Places Screen where they can see both map and list views of places that meet the criteria from the previous form. Once the user is happy with their selection and hits the send button on the top right, they are taken to a list of their contacts which they can then invite to the event.

Poll Screen

When you select an event in the Event Screen, invitees and the host are able to vote on the location they prefer to meet at.
